What are our providers doing to ensure safety of their members?
Hand sanitiser stations will be available at all entrances, receptions and common parts of our buildings using PHE approved medical grade cleaning materials throughout our buildings.
High-frequency touch points like door handles and light switches will be cleaned frequently, and offices will be thoroughly cleaned each evening.
We are implementing an improved cleaning specification within high traffic and high-risk areas, including all common areas, lift lobbies and kitchen areas.
Shared spaces and meeting rooms will have antibacterial wipes and cleaning materials for personal use. We will implement enhanced common area sanitisations (fogging) in our common areas on a regular basis.

Search for office space safely!
The majority of building operators are conducting video tours on all platforms – including Facetime, Skype, and Zoom. This means you can look around the space, ask questions, return to a certain area for longer if you’d like to and get the answers you need to make a decision based on viewing the space – just as if you were there.
We also provide in person tours, assuring all representatives and viewers are at a safe distance with face coverings.

Here at workable we completely understand that some business may be wary of remote working, perhaps due to the feeling that they can no longer control or measure the number of hours their employees are working.
Our providers are making adjustments to be even more flexible to allow business to keep going. Our centres are working on assuring tenants can work from a safe environment.
